How To Seal The CRRT Deep Vein Catheter?

Step 1: Keep the tube mouth sterile, and disinfect the tube mouth, tube clamp, and screw mouth with iodine or 75% alcohol.
Step 2: Use a 5ml syringe to extract the original sealing fluid in the arteriovenous lumen and discard it (push the aspirated liquid in a "Z" shape on the sterile gauze to observe whether there is a blood clot).
Step 3: Use a 20ml syringe to inject 5-10ml of normal saline into the arteriovenous lumen in a pulsed manner.
Step 4: Use a 5ml syringe to inject the sealing fluid under positive pressure according to the lumen capacity, and the injection volume is the capacity marked on the catheter.
