Step 1: Keep the tube mouth sterile, and disinfect the tube mouth, tube clamp, and screw mouth with iodine or 75% alcohol.
Step 2: Use a 5ml syringe to extract the original sealing fluid in the arteriovenous lumen and discard it (push the aspirated liquid in a "Z" shape on the sterile gauze to observe whether there is a blood clot).
Step 3: Use a 20ml syringe to inject 5-10ml of normal saline into the arteriovenous lumen in a pulsed manner.
Step 4: Use a 5ml syringe to inject the sealing fluid under positive pressure according to the lumen capacity, and the injection volume is the capacity marked on the catheter. Special emphasis is placed on sealing the tube with heparin saline to ensure that the sealing care operation is standardized and the sealing capacity is accurate.
