Product performance and structure: The hemodialysis blood tubing set (hereinafter referred to as circulation blood circuit) is composed of venous bloodline and arterial bloodline, and can be equipped with irrigation device and drain bag. The venous bloodline can be composed of dialysis connector cover, dialysis connector, PVC tube, blood injection site, connector, protective cap, drip chamber components (including drip chamber and drip chamber cover), blood filter, self-ejecting pa ti en t connector, self-ejecting patient connector ring, on-off clamp, recirculating connector, TP and Tee joint. The arterial bloodline can be composed of dialysis connector cover, dialysis connector, PVC tube, blood injection site, connector, protective cap, drip chamber, drip cover, blood filter, self-ejecting patient connector, self-ejecting patient connector ring, on-off clamp, pump segment, pump segment connector, TP, Tee joint etc. The irrigation device can be composed of connector, puncture connector, air inlet device, spike, drip chamber, fluid filter, flow regulator, luer connector, PVC tube. And the drain bag can be composed of protective cap, luer connector, on-off clamp, PVC tube, liquid bag, connector, outlet. The product is sterilized by ethylene oxide and for single use only.

1. Take out the hemodialysis blood tubing set from the individual package.

2. Connect the arterial port (red) and venous port (blue) of hemodialysis blood tubing set with the arterial port (red) and venous port (blue) of dialyzer respectively.

3. The normal saline is connected with the interface of the infusion branch of the arterial bloodline.

4. Remove the air in the whole hemodialysis blood tubing set and dialyzer by pre flushing with normal saline.

1) Install the pump tube of arterial blood circuit on the hemodialysis machine blood pump, pay attention to the air in the pump tube. Please install the pump tube in strict accordance with the operation manual of the blood pump. Incorrect installation may cause damage to the hemodialysis blood tubing set.

2) The installation sequence of the tube is installed in accordance with the blood direction of cardiopulmonary bypass.

3) When in normal saline pre flushing, make the drip chamber of the hemodialysis blood tubing set inverted and restore the position after the drip chamber is filled with liquid.

4) If the wet dialyzer is used, please fill the arterial blood path with normalsaline before connecting with the dialyzer.

5. Before finish the normal saline pre flushing, make sure the heparin saline was connected with the interface of infusion branch of arterial blood route.

6. Pre-flush the whole set of hemodialysis blood tubing set and dialyzer with heparin saline. After the normal saline was replaced by heparin saline, stop the blood pump, and clamp all the blood inlet, blood outlet and liquid feeding port of hemodialysis blood tubing set.

7. Recheck whether the connection of each part of the hemodialysis blood tubing set is correct and reliable.

8. Start dialysis according to the dialyzer instructions Before restarting the blood pump, release the clamp from the venous end of the hemodialysis blood tubing set, otherwise the high pressure formed in the blood route will cause damage to the dialyzer and the hemodialysis blood tubing set.
