1. The validity period of the product is 5 years. Check the expiry date and the individual package before use. It is forbidden to use the product after the expiry date. Do not use if any damage appeared, The manufacturing date and expiration date of the product are shown in the packaging.

2. Thisblood line set for hemodialysis is for single use; Once the package is opened, it should be used immediately and destroyed after use.

3. Sensor protector should be installed on the pressure monitoring tube before use. If the sensor protector is wet with normal saline or blood, it should be replaced immediately. Pay attention to avoid getting wet and infection during replacement.

4. The product should be connected with dialyzer and fistula needle in clean environment.

5. Please confirm whether the relevant medical devices (dialysis device, dialyzer, etc.) are matched or not in using; do not over tighten the connector when connecting, so as to avoid the connector not to be unscrewed or damaged.

6. Pay attention not to apply excessive pulling, squeezing, bending and other loads on the connection part of tube and joint, so as to avoid bloodline falling off, damage, extension or kinking.

7. During flushing, the normal saline flow direction is artery end + dialyzer → vein end. Do not reverse preflush.

8. The drain bag shall be hung on the liquid shelf of the machine, and shall not be lower than the waist of the operator.

9. The product should be used under the pressure of - 300mmHG ~ 500mmHG (- 40 ~ 67kpa). The internal pressure of
blood tube should be monitored in dialysis, and the flow rate should be lower than 500ml / min.

10. The pump segment should not be used continuously for more than 300 ml / min and more than 30 hours to prevent damage.

11. Please pay highly attention that the flow rate displayed on the dialyzer is sometimes different from the actual flow rate, and will change with time.

12. In order to prevent the leakage of puncture sample, the needle with an outer diameter of less than 0.8mm (21G) should be used.

13. Please note that organic solvents such as alcohol may cause the joint to crack, and resulting in leakage or mixing into the air, etc.

14. During hemodialysis, please close the blood channels of the inlet and outlet of the patient in case of any blood leakage at the connection of bloodline, and replace the blood tubing set immediately.

15. This product has the danger of inhaling air. Air detector should be used at the same time.

16. This product can only be used by professionals. Follow the doctor's instructions when using this product.

17. When disinfecting the sampling port for blood sampling, it is necessary to confirm whether the disinfectant is compatible.

18. There are two kinds of materials of this blood line set for hemodialysis.The products with DEHP are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plasticized by diisooctyl phthalate (DEHP) and DEHP free products are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

After use, all the blood in the tube should be back flow to the patient, then all clamps shall be closed. Finally, remove the blood tube and the accessories. All of them shall be placed in a special waste container and destroyed according to the clinical regulations.
